212 Student Ministries…a ministry for students in 7th – 12th grades

The story behind the name…212
212 is the degree of temperature at which water turns to steam…it transforms. It’s our desire for students to meet Jesus and be transformed. Jesus is the life-changer.

Our mission: Igniting others to be on fire for God.

We have three purposes at 212…
• CALLING…students to an intense, authentic friendship with God.
• BUILDING…students faith through community and ministry
• SENDING…students out to engage culture and change the world

At 212 we have several core values…Values that we desire to represent our ministry at all levels…
• Authenticity…being real about who we are and where we are with God
• Truth…desiring to know the Truth and live it
• Community…building deep friendships that truly matter
• Culturally engaged…a desire to shatter the Christian “bubble”…having something to offer and say to the world.
• Safe place…to place to find encouragement and support, not judgment.
• Others minded…putting others first.

Special Events…throughout the year we have various events to invite your friends to…from MOGWOG to dodge ball tournaments, Lock-Downs to teen conferences and more! One special event each year is Teen Camp. Teen camp is a flippin’ good time. Who doesn’t want a week away from their parents? High-energy worship, dynamic speakers, activities galore and friends typify a week of camp. It’s an awesome time to connect deeply with God and make memories for a lifetime.

Culture…it’s our desire to engage culture and change the world.  Throughout the year, we offer opportunities to give back and serve in our community and beyond.
Various opportunities include serving at KC Rescue Mission, Nursing Home ministry, kids ministry and mission trips. Come join us.
