“We are a bunch of people with band-aids on, trying to get our act together for God”. That’s a phrase that our pastor, Joe Perkins, uses to describe the make-up of FBC. We are regular people dealing with the highs and lows of life. And through those highs and lows, we are seeking to deepen our connection with God.

There is nothing magical about a church building. But there is something about attending a worship gathering that makes God larger and problems smaller. And there is something about missing church that allows problems to seem larger and God to seem smaller.
